We are open
- Our customer service team is still available to assist with your quotes, orders and technical requests
- While we can’t interact in person our technical support is available via phone, email or video conference services
- Order shipments and freight services are still operational
Order collection information
- No entrance into Laverton and Hallam office buildings and warehouses –
- Prearranged collections only (no walk-in orders can be processed, please place in advance via phone/email)
- Zero contact collections from the warehouse (follow onsite signs and instructions)
PAAS staff are unavailable for onsite or location visits
- Whilst our external team are unavailable for site visits; they would be more than happy to discuss any requirements you might have via phone, email or your preferred method
Great stock levels
- Our stock levels are high, and our supply chain remains relatively unaffected, all quotes and orders will be advised as always with ETA if not in stock
